Greg’s municipal and public policy expertise allows him to provide highly targeted strategic counsel in support of clients. During his 20-year career at Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District in Lake Elsinore, California, Greg demonstrated a track record of success as Government Relations Officer and Director of Legislative and Public Affairs. He was instrumental in developing complex policy and was a key player in negotiating legislative strategies for the District that serves more than 155,000 people in western Riverside County.
Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from San Diego State University and has served on the boards for the Temecula Valley and Lake Elsinore chambers of commerce, as well as the State Legislative Committee and Federal Affairs Committee for the Association of California Water Agencies.
